Hotel La Moka is located in a UNESCO Reserve of the Biosphere, in the Sierra del Rosario mountains about 45 minutes west of Havana. The eco-hotel La Moka overlooks the "model" village of Las Terrazas, the focus of a massive reforestation project started in the 1970's. Ideally situated for bird watching, hiking or just enjoying the cascades and pools of the nearby San Juan River.

La Moka Hotel:
26 air conditioned rooms with satellite tv, telephone, room service, fax, internet, medical assistance, restaurants, bar, shop, laundry services, taxis, grill, pool, tennis courts, and optional excursions. As part of the hotel complex, five air conditioned rooms (w/ private baths) are offered in villas located within the actual community. Rooms include national television and telephone. Besides the hotel restaurant, guests and visitors are able to enjoy the meal services of the Moka Grill located by the pool and tennis courts; Buenavista restaurant near the partially restored 18th century coffee plantations; Rancho Curujey at the information center; the Boat House on Lake San Juan, specializing in fish and seafood as well as snack bar and cafeteria services; Fonda de Mercedes, on the balcony of a local family's home; El Romero, an ecological restaurant; the Farmer's House, home of a peasant family featuring Cuban home cooking; and the San Juan river restaurants.

Clients who have purchased meal plans in Hotel La Moka are able to enjoy meal services in any of the complex's restaurants.
