Advance hotel reservations available as part of your original WoWCuba confirmation or alternatively, you are entitled to reserve locally (free of charge) via any Cubanacan Travel Agency desk from 09:00-17:00 daily, or direct with participating hotels using the $10 phone card included in the program package. Upon arrival, your information kit includes: car voucher, a voucher booklet redeemable at all participating hotels, excursion discount coupons, Flexi Fly & Drive brochure, telephone card, annotated hotel list, Cuba map & general Cuba information.

Not Included & Paid Locally:
Auto insurance (Super = $0.00 deductible)
$500 CUC security deposit
Fuel, optional $10 (per rental term) additional driver fee

US Issued Credit Cards: REX accepts credit cards issued by US banks for services paid locally.

Drop-off Fee: There is no dropoff fee when the vehicle is left in any REX car rental agency office.

Unused or Lost Vouchers:
Vouchers issued upon vehicle pick-up are not refundable or replaceable. Unused portions of this program are non-refundable.
